When collecting reviews, yuphub will save the contact information of any review request that is sent via email or text message.

Retrieving Contacts

When requesting a review, there is an option to lookup existing contacts. The contacts lookup is available for email and text message review requests.

Contact List

A useful feature is to segment review request by creating a contact list. Contact list can be uploaded with a CSV file. Yuphub will ignore duplicates in the file and will update existing contact information if the contact alread exists.
